Hello fellow cookers!
This is one of my favourites salads and many of my friends
for whom I’ve prepared this salad call it “Kachumbari with Mangoes.” And yeah it is Kachumbari with Mangoes!
For all of you who are not familiar with Kachumbari it is a salad that has Tomatoes, Onions and lots and lots of Chilli.
But I guess you will all soon find out that I love exotic names and big words.
So all of you who are familiar with Kachumbari get ready for Kachumbari with a
twist cause I promise you Mango Salsa will rock your mouth. Its a really flexible recipe and you can add all the optional ingredients and add some of your own to fit your own personal taste. Special thanks to my sister in law for feeding me my first Mango Salsa/ Kachumbari with

INGREDIENTS
:
(Serves 3)
1 Large Mango
4 Large Tomatoes
2 Medium Sized Onions

1 bunch of Coriander
Salt to taste

1 Yellow Pepper (Optional)
Black Pepper to taste (Optional)
100 g Raisins (Optional)

METHOD :
-Cube the
Mangoes into small chunks.
-Cube the Tomatoes into small chunks.
-Chop the onions into tiny pieces.
-Cube the Tomatoes into small chunks.
-Chop the onions into tiny pieces.
-Chop the Coriander into tiny pieces
-Chop the Yellow Pepper into tiny pieces
-Mix it all up and add salt, black pepper and raisins.
